Website Manager

***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:

• Landing page creation:

  • Conceptualize, build, and maintain campaign landing pages, incorporating UX and SEO best practices.

• Website roadmap:

  • Co-own together with a team of website managers a detailed roadmap, outlining milestones and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define website features and improvements.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, and feasibility.

• Quality assurance & website release management

  • Define acceptance criteria and conduct thorough testing of new features and bug fixes.

  • Oversee website releases, ensuring timely, high-quality updates.

• Website analytics & Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Analyze customer journeys using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

  • Run and analyze A/B tests aiming to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
