Website Analytics Manager

***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:

Analytics 

• Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, engagement, and drop-off points.

• Implement and manage event tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate data collection.

• Work with SQL & BigQuery to extract, analyze, and report on website performance trends.

• Build and maintain dashboards in Google Looker Studio for clear, actionable reporting.

Landing Page Creation 

• Conceptualize, build, and maintain campaign landing pages, incorporating UX and SEO best practices.

• Oversee website releases, ensuring timely, high-quality updates.

Performance Improvements

• Develop structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates, utilizing data-driven hypotheses and statistical analysis.

• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to implement data-driven improvements.
