For one of our clients, we are looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager, remotely from Bangkok, Thailand.

As a Web3 Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building and executing community marketing strategies to engage developers and grow an informed user base. You’ll craft campaigns to articulate the company’s value proposition and build a positive user experience across marketing channels. Additionally, you will focus on onboarding new users, ensuring smooth journeys, and driving retention with captivating campaigns that foster long-term relationships. This role will require you to create content, manage partnerships, and facilitate research to continuously improve and grow the community.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement community marketing strategies to engage and retain developers.
• Articulate the company’s value proposition via clear and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create and optimize onboarding processes to enhance new community members’ experiences.
• Build content marketing strategies, including SEO, blog posts, social media, and community engagement activities.
• Facilitate partnerships and collaborations with other community managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community engagement or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and building strong online communities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
