Our client, a leading player in the over-the-top video streaming industry, is seeking a Technical Manager to lead and manage the team to develop the corporate site and other web projects.
What you will need:
Lead and manage a team dedicated to developing core corporate web sites and web projects.
Analyse requirements from stakeholders to identify needs and deliver architectural designs and innovative solutions.
Engage in full stack engineering and collaborate closely with the backend teams to ensure the optimal solution.
Continuously evolve the app architecture to enhance development efficiency.
Produce technical documentation to ensure alignment and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Present technical concepts and proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you will do:
3 years+ experience in a leadership role, effectively guiding and managing teams.
Strong in React.js / Next.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CCS.
Familiarity with RWD, SEO and Git.
Possess in-depth knowledge of software design principles, including SOLID, CLEAN, TDD, and other industry best practices.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Knowledge on DevOps and agile methodology.
