In the role as Web & Social Media Leader at IKEA Älmhult AB, your assignment is to lead and implement the web and social media strategy and plan, while securing business development and business objectives. You will also support The Story of IKEA (digital museum) and together with the marketing and creative teams, make sure the website and social media content follows IKEA tone-of-voice and visual identities. You collaborate, on a daily basis, with colleagues within IKEA, as well as with different external partners.

You will work in an international and local context, therefore it is important you are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
It will be a benefit if you have knowledge about IKEA concept and business model, are familiar with IKEA tone of voice and knowledge about IKEA communication processes.

This is a temporary position for 1 year, full-time (40 hours per week) and located in Älmhult, Sweden. You will report to the Marketing & Communication Manager at IKEA Älmhult AB.
