Web and Graphics Designer Intern

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior designer with the creation of digital and print materials, such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. Produce at least 1-2 banners daily.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and production teams on a daily basis to create visual content that supports and aligns with campaign goals.
  • Ensure that each time a banner is designed, it is optimized for the specific dimensions and requirements of the intended platform.
  • Write and edit basic HTML and CSS to implement design changes and updates on web pages as needed.
  • Help in updating and maintaining website content to ensure all materials align with current branding and campaign strategies as needed.
  • Consistently maintain design quality and adhere to the company’s branding and style guides at all times.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools to create high-quality social media banners.
  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web development, can be a plus.
  • Knowing how to optimize images and other assets for web use, including knowledge of formats (PNG, JPG, SVG) and file sizes.
  • Precision in design, ensuring consistency in fonts, spacing, colors, and overall visual presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
