What you'll be doing:
- Configure and maintain web analytics tools and develop & maintain actionable dashboards and reports.
- Collect and validate web traffic and conversion data.
- Integrate analytics data with other data sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Analyze web traffic patterns, user behaviors, and product performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define key metrics and KPIs.
- Assist analysts to pull the right data from the warehouse for visualization purposes.
- Identify and troubleshoot data collection and reporting issues.
- Support product teams in conducting A/B testing and other optimization experiments.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Web Analytics Engineering or a comparable role.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc., preferably PiwikPro).
- Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio etc., preferably Power BI & DAX).
- Familiar with HTML/JavaScript and related web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
