Asset Protection:

  • Specialist:
    Asset Protection Specialists will protect the assets of the store including people, property and product.  AP Specialists will strive to implement a strong Culture of Honesty by conducting meaningful investigations, educating and training store leadership and associates, responding to customer and associate injury and incidents,  and building strong partnerships with law enforcement partners.  Asset protection specialists also conduct fact gathering audits and provide information and a solutions based approach regarding concerns of theft, safety or risk.
  • Associate/Host:
    Asset Protection Hosts are positioned at the entrances/exits of the store to greet and engage all customers.  The AP Host is responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our customers and visitors by greeting and engaging everyone, providing guidance, and answering questions as needed.  They will assist the Asset Protection Team by providing insight during their interactions with customers as they enter the building.  When not greeting and engaging customers at the doors, the AP Host will work on the associate facing side at the Security desk.

Customer Service:

  • The Customer Experience Associate & Specialist positions at Wayfair deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, and email. Our Customer Experience staff will address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, assisting them with navigating the Wayfair website, placing orders, and understanding product details. They will collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. While also being responsible for staying up-to-date on Wayfair's extensive product catalog and effectively communicating product information to customers.
