Integrated Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning team in its development of plan activities. Job responsibilities include a thorough understanding of client objectives and how media strategies can help address such goals. He/She must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the media environment and its applications to our client’s business. He/She should also be able to determine how best to measure the performance of plan deliverables and how to course-correct plans going forward.

Measures of Success
In three months:
- Assist in developing plan strategy aligned with client business objectives and ensure that plans are delivered upon the agreed strategies and approach
- Oversee plan development and execution from inception to completion
- Delegate appropriately to the team to support plan development and execution
- Embrace the Channel Neutral approach to media and framework for thinking
- Effectively utilize Relationship Media process to develop client recommendations
- Effectively use and guide the team on the use of Relationship Media tools
In six months:
- Utilize comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesize information into ideas
- Present plan recommendations to client teams
- Oversee plan negotiations and media team activities
- Manage client requests – i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information
- Work with analytic partners to gauge media performance and KPI’s to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met
- Lead internal meetings with other departments and call on agency resources to strengthen ideas
- Staff supervision, training, and development as well as serving as a positive role model with a strong work ethic and vigorously reviewing all work to ensure a high-quality standard
In twelve months:
- Foster a good working relationship across all client teams to facilitate flawless execution of plans
- Establish and grow a strong relationship with the client through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the client’s basic business issues / maintain client contact
- Steward relationship with outside agency partners (creative, PR, etc.)
- Begin to understand the financial implications of client contracts, plan changes, etc.

What you will need:
- Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Management.
- At least 5 years Experience
- Highly evolved presentation and facilitation skills.
- Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners.
- Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
- Understands business principles and good practices and perceives issues in both financial and commercial terms.
- Strong analytical and number skills, Passion for learning and openness to new challenges, Team player mindset
- Project management, good at multi-tasking and organization.
- Pro-activeness, Self-starter attitude
