The Precision Planning Group Head will manage the precision and digital media planning team and work on
integrated marketing plans covering digital, traditional, media intelligence, reporting etc. You must have a
comprehensive experience on digital and its application to client’s business. You are also expected to
maintain and build good relationship with internal and external teams to facilitate daily operation.
REPORTING OF THE ROLE
This role reports directly to the Deputy Head of Precision for Wavemaker Philippines.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:
• Together with the business lead, to build an integrated strategy to address the overall communications
objective
• Within the plan, articulate the Digital strategy and drive excellence through ideas and innovation
In six months:
• Oversee the project management, negotiation, purchase, and execution of digital campaigns together
with the digital team members assigned to the account
• Drive implementation across all digital platforms, including display, video, search, mobile
In twelve months:
• Direct the development and presentation of media plans, media buys, and analyses
• Engaged existing resources (the wider team) to achieve high outcomes
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
• Contribute to delivering Precision objectives across client service, quality control, reputation, industry
exposure.
• Active contribution to the creation of the Precision marketing vision and capacity/desire to help drive
it forward and deliver on it.
• Technology and operations specialist. The candidate will know exactly what technology to use in the
implementation process to create a return or increase efficiency and will be able to implement these.
• Build, manage and track key trading relationships with publishers.
• Responsible for the tactical output of all digital work completed by the assigned team.
• Play a key role in the personal career development of team assigned team members.
• Thorough understanding of existing research/analytic techniques and knowledge of how to
interrogate these.
• Ability to deliver/present approaches convincingly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Actively drive and participate in business development, including new business.
• To continually develop commercially sound opportunities which will benefit the Precision practice of
Wavemaker Philippines.
Education
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College
Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business,
Advertising, or Marketing related course.
Work Experience
6-10 years work experience in the digital media or
marketing industry
Required Competencies:
• Good in oral and written English communication
• Adept in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work well in a team and requires minimal
supervision
• Competent in receiving and following instructions
• Able to quickly learn and adapt new processes
• Possesses a great sense of ownership
• Highly detail-oriented
• Meets deadlines consistently
• Able to work well under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Prior knowledge/experience in digital ad operations
(i.e., Facebook Ads and Google Ads).
• Takes initiative and displays potential for leadership
Others:
Knowledge in digital programmatic buying and
coding is a plus but not required.
