Responsibilities of the role:
- Be a center of excellence to ensure performance media capability and ignite initiative solutions for branding and media campaigns across business units
- Live and breathe in up-coming media usage or trend update, and be able to understand digital infrastructure tool such as Google Analytics, Ad Manager, Data Visualization Tool, etc.
- Act as digital strategy consultancy to enhance strategic thinking in disrupted media landscape
- Probing strategic questions, business questions, i.e., source of business, source of growth, planning, measurement frameworks, etc. to elevate not limited to brilliant basics and tactical strategy, but inclusive of future-ready ad tech
- Co-operate with business team and operational team to suggest audience strategy framework and precision marketing strategy
- Conduct solid performance marketing framework that integrates branding campaign and transactional campaign into (full-funnel) marketing campaigns
- Ensure process-driven, operational excellence framework, and digital governance to solve operational working problem
- Advise on analytical point of views from the situations, insights and data points
- Conduct corporate leaning agenda and facilitate data & tech revenue streamline for corporate business strategy
- Seeding corporate advantage including proprietary tools & resources to companywide and transformation to brand plans
- Be a subject-matter-expert that involving in advance digital ecosystem, systematic connection, mar-tech infrastructure conversation, and performance community
- Consolidate learnings from optimisations and implications and be able to scale an impact to company
- Adopt and embrace self-adaptive mindset to the evolving media, audience and data ad tech as well as gen AI technology
What you will need:
- Experience at least 5 years or more in digital marketing.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources.
- Competence in media planning and buying across all platforms with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media.
- A demonstrated depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English communication skills
