Role: Associate Business Director/Business Director Data Consulting
Reporting to: Head Data Consulting
Location, Country: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon
We are currently looking for a Data Consultant, to join the Wavemaker CDAT team.
CDAT stands for Consulting, Data, Analytics, Technology and is a consulting wing of Wavemaker. We combine audience expertise, martech platform strategy with data science & data engineering expertise, helping our clients make advertising work better for people.
The Data Consultant role will be to be the key POC within the CDAT team to liaise with internal business teams, supporting them and their clients on best practices for utilising data-driven solutions across collection, activation & measurement of media campaigns. You will also have extensive experience in data strategy practices and a strong understanding of the transforming landscape of data and digital.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Support internal business teams on client brief responses, working with partners, platforms & central GroupM data team to develop tailored solutions using thought leadership & proprietary products.
- Conduct client data & technology audits for development of audience strategies.
- Deliver detailed data transformation roadmaps to support audience activation.
- Project manage all signed-off SOW's, from initiation to closure and ensure effective delivery.
- Work closely with agency planning teams to identify opportunities for clients within CDAT scope.
What you will need:
- Masters degree in Advertising/Communication/brand management/marketing
- 8+ years in a planning/platform management role, with expertise around developing integrated/digital strategies
- Thorough understanding of various platforms and digital marketing channels & digital media metrics
- Expert knowledge on the data & digital landscape and relevant topics within the industry.
- Be a strategic problem solver, with the ability to understand client business challenges and develop creative, effective & measurable solutions.
- High-level stakeholder management capabilities, who can influence a diverse range of teams and individuals.
