Summary: The Watchlist Management Associate will play a vital role in the Compliance department supporting our efforts to mitigate risks related to money laundering, terrorism financing, and other financial crimes. This role involves conducting comprehensive PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and adverse media screening, due diligence, and analysis to ensure compliance with sanctions regulations and KYC requirements. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our customer service team to address partner concerns related to sanctions and KYC issues.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted between $47,000 - $50,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
