WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Maintain Key Account Customer

Shipments follow up, inventory control management and keep good relationship with customers.
Pursue for new business/traffic opportunity (if any).

Administration

Answer, advise and provide solutions to meet customer requirement and expectation
Cooperate with Operations Staff, Warehouse staffs & internal parties.
Provide instructions (direct Shipments & Triangular Shipments) to Customers, Operations warehouse staffs & internal parties.

Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Business Administration, International Business)
Must have experience in Business Logistics or Retail.
4 years of working experience in Warehouse Supervisor
Knowledge of international business, cargo handling and Thai customs clearance will be advantage.
Strong in Warehouse operation process
Basic knowledge of international freight import and export procedure.
Can demonstrate the ability to apply creative thinking and problem solving skill.
Computer skills : Word , Excel , Power Point , and internet
Strong networking and communication skills externally and internally and ability to cultivate and build strong relationship with Customer
Good command of English
Working hour (Mon-Fri) and 2 Sat/month
