Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to add to their team in Acworth, Georgia. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient shipping and receiving processes, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards compliance. Ideal candidates will be reliable and self-motivated, with at least one year of warehouse or logistics experience. This position does not require too much heavy lifting, but an occasional need to lift up to fifty pounds may be necessary. Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities

•    Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
•    Prepare and ship outbound orders, ensuring compliance with regulations
•    Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
•    Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
•    Coordinate with internal teams and freight carriers
•    Maintain files of all inspection documents
•    Coordinates onsite deliveries 
•    Transport boxes of raw materials using tow motor 
•    Maintain dock cleanliness 

Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Qualifications

•    Warehouse or logistics experience required  
•    Forklift experience required
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 
•    Valid Driver’s License required
