Shifts: rotational 4 on 4 off | 6pm till 6am
The Warehouse team ensure the goods in, out and efficient storage of stock at Gousto's 'hub' Fulfilment Centre in Warrington. Managing first line managers, as well as large team's of operatives, this position reports into Warehouse Operations Manager, and role models Gousto behaviours. We obsess over customer and quality, and strive for a motivated, inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the warehouse operational daily activities required to achieve the service requirements.
In alignment with the Inventory manager, oversee weekly, monthly and yearly stock-counts as required
Ensure correct collation and movements of stock physically and on the system, investigating any stock issues
Responsible for the management of yard activities and organisation
Work collaboratively across shifts to drive performance of the function, including effective handovers
Continuous process interrogation and improvement
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Work co-efficiently with production
Deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager as required
Responsible for Health and Safety aligned with the companies policies
Who You Are
A passionate leader, you have experience managing large shifts of 20+
Experience working in a stock-management role ideally in FMCG
A natural problem solver, you will be equipped in 'disagree and commit' and truly partnering business areas with the ability to make commercial decisions - long and short term
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as interaction at all levels of the business is required
Excellent organisational skills are a must
Confident, forward-thinking team player
Ambitious and looking to success in a fast-paced environment

Experience of using WMS and stock control systems
IOSH, HAACP and Food Safety Level 3 is an advantage
Good IT skills particularly Word, Excel and Google Suits
