Activities may include, but are not limited to:
Drive and maintain continued Safety Improvements and standards
Developing master production schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, capability of workers, machines/ equipment and availability
Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet customer requirements
Coordinating with Customer Service to establish priorities for rush/ specific Sale orders
Make comparative cost analyses (as required) in order to determine the most effective and efficient options for scheduling, inventory, production, distribution, and transportation
Making sure each operation meets shipping date according to sales orders
Monitors, analyzes & reports performance of Output reliability, UEE, UPLH
Responsible for the overall warehouse operations and daily work management, coordinating the work between the department and various functional departments
Responsible for formulating and revising warehouse receiving, dispatching, and storage operation procedures and management systems, improving various processes and standards of warehouse management
Rationalize the layout and management of the warehouse. Establish standards for identification, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, and accuracy in material management
Responsible for organizing warehouse inventory work to ensure consistency between storage locations, the system, and physical inventory
Supervise and manage the on-site conditions of various warehouses and receiving areas, the implementation of 5S, and visual management, and conduct inspection records
Completed Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain management or equivalent Technical management education preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Management & Logistic, Production planning or related experience
A strong Safety First mindset
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements
Experienced in planning assets in matrix organized companies and managing a diverse team
Proficient utilizing ERP planning modules, knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
Proven ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within the plant and remote multifunctional teams
Fluent in Dutch and English
