How will you contribute to Skroutz vision

As a warehouse operations specialist, you will be part of the Fulfilled by Skroutz (FBS) team playing a crucial role in FBS development, vision, goals, and values.
Liaising between the warehouse team, customer care and other stakeholders, you will support resolution of any FBS related merchants inquiries.

You will often be the first point of contact for merchants regarding order status, shipping inquiries, and product availability. By providing prompt assistance and resolving issues quickly and effectively, you will help excel in providing an outstanding customer experience, and you will contribute to FBS vision of reliability and efficiency.
Overall you will play a critical role in resolving issues effectively, ensuring stock accuracy and fostering communication and collaboration, driving feedback-driven improvements.

What you will be doing

• Support Warehouse onboarding process of new merchants
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants in any FBS related inquiry regarding purchase orders and stock integrity
• Organize and overview transportation process of FBS stock from merchant premises or warehouse to FBS warehouse
• Handle any FBS related requests from both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with FBS operations team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
• Support FBS operations team in daily operations

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in operations related roles
• BSc in Business or relevant fields 
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent communication, multitasking and time-management skills
• Sense of ownership and autonomy
• High bar for accuracy and detail
• Ambitious and positive
• Goal-oriented
