WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Ensuring the day to day operational Logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Receiving new hardware (inbound stock)
- Asset tagging and system input of inbound stock
- Receiving and processing all equipment shipments

Quality control of received goods and managing any follow up due to damage or count discrepancies
- Responsible for performing the physical and administrative tasks related to storing, and distributing of products
- Complete and update shipping requests working with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy
- Prepare and pack inventory for upcoming shipments
- Updating of customer requests in ticketing platform
- Actively participate in general inventory procedures, including regular cycle counts
- Participate in updating of Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Excellent program
- Contribute to service reporting
- Working within service SLAs
- Any other projects assigned by management

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 1 year working experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
- No experience are welcome to apply!
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Jira
- Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective time management skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and team orientated
- Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, and to be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Conversational English and Business Level Japanese (Equivalent of N2)
業務内容:
- 日々の物流業務のスムーズ且つ効率的に遂行
- 新しいハードウェア 機器の入荷作業
- 入荷在庫のアセットタグ管理とシステム入力
- 入荷 - 製品、資材の品質管理。検品、数量確認
- 在庫管理 – 製品の在庫管理とシステム入力。
- 出荷 - ピッキング、梱包、出荷ラベル作成、出荷情報、追跡番号の入力、更新作業
- チケット管理システムを使用してのリクエストの確認、出荷した貨物の情報更新作業
- 定期的な在庫の棚卸しと在庫の整理整頓
- 作業マニュアルの更新と作業改善プログラムへ積極的に参加する
- 各種レポート作成
- プロジェクト毎に定められたサービスレベルの順守
- その他マネージャーにより割り当てられたタスクの遂行
- チームワークを尊重し、前向きで楽しい職場環境の構築をサポートする
求める経験/スキル
- 物流、倉庫管理、または製造業での 1 年間の就業経験
- 未経験の方も大歓迎です!
- Google Workspace、Slack、Microsoft Office、ServiceNow、Jira の知識と経験
- チケット管理システム、在庫管理システムの使用経験があると望ましいですが、必須ではありません
- 社内外問わず円滑に日本語でのコミュニケーションを取れる方 (会話、書面)
- 時間管理、自己管理のできる方
- チームワークを尊重し、高い業務処理能力と細かい点に気を配ることのできる方
- プロ意識があり、顧客視点で物事を考えることができる方
- タスクの優先順位付け、マルチタスクが可能でプレッシャーの下でも作業できる能力
- 日常会話レベルの英語 (TOEIC 550+) とビジネスレベルの日本語 (N2 相当)をお持ちの方
- 日常的な英語の読み書きに苦手意識がなく、これからビジネス英語能力を身に付けたい方も歓迎
