We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales with a passion for children’s entertainment and Spanish content to join the Tubi team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique marketplace for kids and spanish content, inclusive of COPPA laws and industry regulations. Plus a proven track record of developing strong relationships with agencies and brands in the Kids industry.

What You'll Do:

Drive the strategy and execution of sales for the kid-focused and Spanish content portfolio
Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with agencies and brands that specifically target children and Hispanic audiences
Analyze and understand market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Product, and Finance, to deliver integrated solutions that maximize revenue
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at senior levels within target markets
Provide insights and feedback to the company's content and product development teams to inform the creation of compelling kids and Spanish-language advertising offerings

Your Background:

15 years' experience in sales with a focus on kids and/or Spanish content, demonstrating a strong track record and understanding of COPPA laws and industry regulations
Previous leadership roles with strategic planning and team management experience
Successful history of closing high-value deals and building business relationships with agencies and brands focused on kids and Spanish content
Comprehensive understanding of the AVOD industry and content distribution platforms
BA from an accredited university
A deep understanding of programmatic space
Strong organization and analytical skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California, New York City, Westchester County, NY, and Seattle, WA

$222,500—$311,500 USD

Colorado and Washington (excluding Seattle, WA)

$200,250—$280,350 USD
