Who You Are

adMarketplace is looking for a high-performance Vice President, Enterprise Sales to scale our North American sales team. This position will report directly to the SVP of North American Sales and Success.

  • Sales leader with a proven track record of building, scaling, and managing successful enterprise media sales teams who close top-tier performance advertisers
  • Experienced media seller committed to “Challenger Sales” approach
  • Values in person, face-to-face interactions to create opportunities outside of the media planning/RFP process
  • Experience in owning sales P&L responsibilities, including compensation and T&E.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, team meetings, and one-on-ones
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking
  • Adaptable self-starter with experience working in an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment
  • A leader that encourages others, drives accountability, demands excellence and someone who can clearly communicate expectations to the team

*Compensation Range: $225,000 - $400,000 plus commissions

Must be located or willing to relocate to New York City Metropolitan Area

 

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
