What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team and drive our revenue growth and operational excellence. The Vice President of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing revenue operations within the company. This includes revenue operations set up, monitoring, inspection, strategic planning, sales operations, marketing alignment, data analysis, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading revenue operations in a strong sales team and possess exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
What you will do
Revenue Operations:
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support the Chief Revenue Officer in managing the revenue operations and management process.
- Monitor and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall revenue strategies.
- Coordinate with Regional leaders and ensure adherence to reporting, accuracy of forecasting, and overall revenue discipline.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set long-term objectives and create actionable plans to achieve revenue targets
Alignment:
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to interpret revenue data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Financial Management:
- Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Implement process improvement methodologies and best practices.
Leadership:
- Develop a high-performing revenue operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability and experience in handling senior leadership team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In depth understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

- Primary caregiver: 12 weeks full pay and then 12 weeks 50% pay
