We seek a dynamic and experienced VP of Product Marketing to lead the strategic product marketing initiatives for our iPaaS product line. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of our products, enabling our sales, CS, and partner teams, and driving successful go-to-market strategies. As VP of Product Marketing, you will define the product's messaging, competitive positioning, technical enablement, and overall go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our iPaaS and Enterprise Automation product. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to distill technical features into customer-centric benefits.
Competitive Positioning and Analysis: Conduct a thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation. Develop strategies to highlight our iPaaS and Enterprise Automation product's advantages over competitors and create actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
Technical Enablement: Partner with Sales, presales, Post-Sales, and Partner teams to provide technical enablement and training materials. Ensure these teams deeply understand our product's capabilities, integration scenarios, and benefits, enabling them to engage with customers and drive successful engagements effectively.
Product GTM Strategy: Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for the iPaaS and Enterprise Automation product line. Drive the creation of collateral, website updates, blog posts, launch videos, and other assets that support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, including SaaS, cloud-native architecture, low-code/no-code movements, and automation platforms. Leverage your expertise to drive thought leadership and educate internal and external stakeholders on relevant market shifts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (8+ years) in product marketing for iPaaS or automation platforms - iPaaS / integration experience is a must-have requirement for this role!
Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud-native architecture, and the low-code/no-code movement.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including product launches and field enablement.
Prior experience in technical enablement and training for sales and partner teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Innovative mindset with a track record of driving creative product marketing initiatives.
For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $245,000 plus benefits, perks, and equity.
