Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President of Product is responsible for the definition and execution of product roadmap and strategy for their Product Lines. Using market data, industry knowledge and a strategic mindset, this individual will be a key member of the product leadership team, working with cross functional leaders on longer-term alignment and definition across the portfolio of solutions. Additionally, this individual will define, build and deliver proof of concepts around next generation solutions, work with marketing and sales on market-facing evangelism and communication and support sales and partnership conversations around product vision, innovation and direction.The Vice President is accountable for creation of strategic roadmap; with focus on products within portfolio that include 3rd party partners

● Business and Market development; manage the tactical and strategic planning and execution of partner-based products within portfolio.

● Identifying market needs to define new products and product enhancements to drive competitive differentiation.

● Building and justifying business cases for future investment for build, buy and partnership based product investments.

● Collaborate with other product leaders on how 3rd party products enhance market differentiation and advance time to market of Intelerad products.

● Deliver on the product roadmap including rationalization of existing technologies and products.

● Engage key cross functional stakeholders on investment, strategic direction and market impact.

● Analyze existing product offerings, market developments and competition to identify and prioritize product market opportunities.

● Collaborate with Marketing to position their product(s) in the market, evangelizing longer term direction and strategy.

● Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop proof of concepts, scope feasibility and investment needed to drive strategy.

● Understand, monitor and communicate market movement and trends to the organization.

● Utilize market, customer, usage, etc to bring a data driven approach to product strategy and justify investment.

● Translate research data into actionable plans to define product strategy, direction and areas for innovation.

● Take a leadership role in the development of budgets to ensure appropriate staffing to realize strategic direction and deliver production-level innovations post proof of concept.

● Interact with executive team to gain feedback, drive alignment and communicate and influence direction.

● Lead various product managers through mentorship and coaching to develop.

● Requires 10+ years progressively responsible experience in product management and delivering differentiated products.

● Deep knowledge and experience building and delivering SaaS software products.

● Managed product lines in excess of $50M ARR.

● Experience working with healthcare IT products; with focus on provider based software.

● Ability to and history with bringing new differentiated products to market (from inception to market results)

● Business development experience in; identifying, sourcing, negotiating and commercializing third party products.

● Experience working with and communicating with cross functional stakeholders to drive alignment across multiple departments.

● Direct experience with SaaS products including pricing models, operational implementation / support and user experience.
