The VP, Performance Creative Strategy will have the opportunity to support our client which is a global tech and leading software company for creative professionals. Your experience with brands, marketing, content, social, digital, and technology-enabled creative, will achieve success and innovation. You will report into the SVP, Performance Creative Strategy for this hybrid opportunity. There will be 25% travel required.
As the VP of Performance Creative Strategy, you will lead the strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution of all creative plans. By setting goals, developing comprehensive plans, and ensuring the successful execution of all creative projects. You will oversee the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns, project management, partner strategy programs, cross channel campaigns, the creation of content and other creative assets. Additionally, you will partner with key account team members to define goals (KPI's), track analytics, report findings, and make recommendations for lead generation and conversion strategies.
You will lead a team of Strategy Directors and Strategists, collaborating with other senior leaders, managers, creative and activation teams. Being the digital marketing expert with unwavering experience inspiring teams. Using your expertise in omni-channel orchestration (including media, CRM, direct mail, UX, and mobile).We are looking for both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
