We are seeking a VP of Operations who can help take Cloudinary’s execution, efficiency and effectiveness to the next level. You will work cross functionally across all levels of the organisation in leading cross-functional operational initiatives, orchestrating company planning efforts and elevating our performance management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating company annual and quarterly planning processes, working closely with company leadership, Strategy, Finance and additional key stakeholders;
- Driving company performance management processes (notably QBRs), working in close partnership with leadership, functional operations teams and others;
- Manage the company’s Programme Management Office;
- Enhance cross-functional teamwork, specifically through alignment between different departments and successful achievement of shared objectives;
- Discover opportunities to reduce complexity, improve operational efficiency and create business value through process improvements. Lead implementation of the required processes.
About you:
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years specifically in operational excellence or related fields;
- Proven track record of leading complex company-wide initiatives in global environments;
- Significant experience in project management and in company-level strategic planning;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation;
- Experience in managing and developing a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation;
- Experience with the OKR framework and performance management methodologies;
- Willingness and proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, and at times ambiguous environment;
- Experience working in companies of various sizes and stages of maturity;
- Experience in SaaS - an advantage;
