About the role

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for further building on the successes we had in 2024 and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives ARR growth and establishes 10x as a leader in core banking. You will be responsible for organising world class events, introducing account based marketing processes and providing leadership for our brilliant team. This role will require a strategic thinker, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a highly creative mindset, and a proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS environment.

You will also be working closely with the sales leaders in each region to ensure that the content we have, messaging we are using and events we are attending get us the biggest bang for our buck. This role plays a critical role in driving 10x’s ambitious global growth plans at an exciting time for the company.

This role will be part time (3 days per week) with 2 days spent in our office in London.

What you will do

  • Further developing and executing on a cohesive global marketing strategy that supports 10x’s ambitious revenue growth targets
  • Owning the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation to highest ROI activities
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to executive leadership on marketing performance and ROI
  • Working closely with sales to manage a pipeline of collateral / sales materials requests and ensure they are delivered in a timely fashion and at a high quality.
  • Positioning 10x as a differentiated and leading provider of core banking technology

Requirements

Ideally you will have

  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, creative global marketing strategies
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with sales/commercial stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in marketing budget management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and cloud-native technologies are an advantage, but not a necessity
