Balsam Hill, a leader in premium artificial Christmas trees and holiday décor, is seeking an accomplished leader to drive our indirect channel efforts and accelerate omnichannel growth through strategic wholesale partnerships and marketplace expansion.
Reporting to the Chief People & Growth Officer, the VP of Indirect Channel Sales will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to expand Balsam Hill's market presence through indirect channels. This role will drive strategic initiatives, manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of partnership-driven growth opportunities. While the primary focus will be on the U.S. business, successful candidates will provide mentorship and guidance to the international growth team, offering leadership and insight into international indirect channel growth.

This full-time position is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office. Regular travel (~10-20%) to key retail partners and team locations will be required, primarily within the U.S.

The base pay range for this position is: $229,700 - $287,000. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
