THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring the VP, Head of Partnerships for our Partnerships team in Brazil! 

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Global head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the Partnerships team in Europe, focusing on growing and developing wishlist new business and current partners.

  • Lead the WL team in Brazil;
  • Set the strategic agenda of the Partnerships team in Brazil, including setting goals and objectives according to business targets;
  • Develop and manage forecast for all wishlist negotiations (partners and prospects) in Brazil, with a special focus on game-changers (T1 accounts);
  • Work closely with our partners to identify opportunities to build joint business plans to unlock our partners to grow their business; 
  • Influence and manage C-level relationships within the fitness sector (associations, suppliers);  
  • Serve as an advisor and Influencer to support the decision-making processes of our partners' businesses (strategy, expansion, acquisitions, etc.); 
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial conditions to drive more volume to our partners and increase profitability in our marketplace by working closely with the Commercial Finance and Value Management team;
  • Improve user experience by driving integration agenda with our key partners;
  • Understand the organization's global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase our value to our partners;
  • Set performance goals, regularly track performance, and hold the team accountable for results; Set activities and priorities for members of the team;
  • Achieve and maintain the positioning of Gympass as a corporate leader in its sector through new wishlist partner acquisition and evolving our relationship with current partners;
  • Facilitating and leading key meetings with partners across a broad scope, encompassing introductions, commercial agreements, planning, and projects. Ensuring clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from the partner and the subsequent communications internally and externally;
  • Managing the relationship with gym chains and key sports centers to identify new business opportunities and increment our value for the client.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong commercial and business development background; 
  • Outstanding commercial skills;
  • Strategic mindset;
  • High level of English in a professional environment;
  • Experience leading teams (strong managerial skills);
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
  • Great communication and leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful. Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals;
  • Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally;
  • Tough negotiating skills and strict with the completion of timeframes and milestones.
