The Role:

 

Connatix seeks an innovative and execution-oriented VP of Demand. The VP of Demand will play a pivotal role in driving programmatic  video advertising sales and account management initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with Holding Companies, Direct Brands, and Independent Agencies to maximize revenue and market share. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the advertising industry and a proven track record of success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Leadership:  Provide strong leadership and guidance to the demand-side team pod leads and account managers, ensuring they are aligned with client and company objectives

 

Programmatic Advertising Sales & Operations: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive private marketplace deals with Holding Companies, Direct Brands and Independent Agencies, guide the go to market and growth strategies for the demand team

 

Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including Holding Companies, Direct Brands, and Independent Agencies.

 

Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize revenue through data-driven insights and market trends, and optimize incremental spend through incentives and other performance focused tactics.

 

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing demand-side team.

 

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Willing to come onsite to our New York City office at least 3-days a week
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in the advertising industry
  • Proven track record in programmatic advertising sales and account management
  • Strong network and relationships with Holding Companies, Direct Brands, and Independent Agencies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data driven-oriented mindset
