About the Role:

The Vice President of International Agency Holding Company Partnerships is responsible for leading and managing Tubi's strategic & programmatic relationships with major global advertising and media agency holding companies.  This role will drive growth through the development and execution of partnership strategies that enhance the global footprint, increase revenue, and foster collaboration across markets.  The VP will ensure seamless engagement with agencies, align with their business goals, and maximize the value provided to clients through the partnership ecosystem.  The VP will raise marketplace awareness and maximize revenue for Tubi.  This role will report to the Eastern SVP of Ad Sales.

What You'll Do:

  •  Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a global strategy for agency holding company partnerships to achieve business objectives
    • Identify and assess growth opportunities within agency holding companies to drive mutual benefit and long-term value
    • Collaborate with internal leadership teams (Partner, National Sales and MidMarket Sales) to align partnership goals with the company's broader business strategy
  • Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for Senior executives at global agency holding companies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu)
    • Build and Maintain executive-level relationships to foster trust and identify joint opportunities. 
    • Ensure consistent communication and collaboration between agency partners and internal teams to deliver on partnership objectives
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development: 
    • Lead efforts to identify new revenue streams, cross-sell opportunities, and expansion initiatives within key agency accounts
    • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and joint ventures with global agencies, ensuring win-win outcomes
    • Drive partnership activities that result in measurable growth in media spend, technology adoption, or other revenue related KPI's
  • Collaboration & Execution:
    • Collaborate with regional leadership teams to ensure the successful executionof partnership strategies in local markets
    • Oversee partnership reporting and tracking to measure success, identify gaps and optimize strategies
  • Market & Industry Expertise: 
    • Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the advertising, media, and technology industries
    • Provide insights to the internal leadership team on the competitive landscape, emerging trends and innovation within the agency space
    • Represent Tubi at key industry events and in meetings with senior leaders from agency holding companies
  • Operational Efficiency: 
    • Ensure the effectiveness management of resources to support global partnership initiatives 
    • Work with finance and operations to manage budgets, contracts, and compliance related to agency agreements
    • Establish processes to streamline collaboration between internal and external shareholders

Your Background:

  • BA from an accredited university 
  • 12+ years of experience in partnership management in a similar role with experience working across sales teams
  • TV and digital video advertising sales experience
  • Entertainment industry experience
  • Strong Understanding of programmatic space
  • Deep relationships across Agency and Holdco programmatic buying teams
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Experience identifying priorities developing strategies and implementing initiatives with management teams
  • Entrepreneurial sales leader and creative thinker who thrives in a fast moving environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$222,500 - $350,000 + Sales Incentive Compensation Plan + Benefits
