We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales Leader to build a regional digital sales hub that can successfully scale and manage our longtail business. What You’ll Do
The CEMEA Vice President of Digital Sales will play a pivotal role in Visa's journey towards scaling our sales and providing deeper coverage and build deeper relationships with our clients and partners. The role will include:
Personal Characteristics
• Deep knowledge of payments and key payments solutions especially at Visa
• Experience within a sales or digital sales / demand response function a real positive
• Proven track record in leading teams that deliver against sales targets and experience in driving pipeline management
• 10+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD)
• Strong leadership background with demonstrated sales organizational development, overseeing a team with multiple levels of structure
• In-depth understanding and experience in outbound/outbound sales methodologies, specifically within the Mid-Market and small business models
• Experience creating and executing customer-obsessed sales strategies and benchmarks for analysing performance
• Strong ability to work & influence cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytic skills and conceptual thinking ability
• Excellent statistical and financial analysis capabilities
• Extensive forecasting and revenue recognition experience
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment
• Communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business teams, as well as across all geographies
• Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable value to the organization by holding yourself and others accountable.
