VP, Global Head of Healthcare Accounts – Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)

 

Exiger is seeking a seasoned VP and subject matter expert within the healthcare supply chain space to lead a team within our Commercial Markets business unit. Exiger is a cutting-edge supply chain risk management (SCRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with scalable offerings, using data to help corporations intelligently surface risk in business relationships. This will be a hands-on role where an individual must thoroughly understand our technology, demonstrate it effectively, and serve as the subject matter expert on how our technology supports supply chain risk management within the industry. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who excels in guiding and inspiring teams, while also being hands-on and contributing directly to achieve collective goals.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop vertical messaging for marketing by leveraging successful use cases and commonalities within the healthcare portfolio.
  • Grow and retain the healthcare customer portfolio base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and subject matter experts to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, driving vertical strategy.
  • Enhance the market image of the healthcare industry vertical.
  • Represent the company as a public speaker at conferences, webinars, podcasts, and other events.
  • Organize client events such as roundtables, trainings, and other gatherings.
  • Create client alerts and thought leadership content.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive healthcare knowledge hub.
  • Ensure all necessary information is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Develop Healthcare specific pitch decks.
  • Formulate vertical problem statements and corresponding Exiger solutions.
  • Compile case studies and issue briefs.
  • Manage and grow key accounts effectively.
  • Mentor the vertical Corporate Markets team on their projects and responsibilities

 

What You Need: 

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare space
  • 5+ years of experience with entity risk and supply chain risk management, especially as it relates to healthcare
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team dedicated to customer success, specifically leading and developing sales teams with members in diverse roles and functions
  • Demonstrated success in selling and supporting services with supply chain software
  • Proven history with exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth at both the individual and leadership level
  • Prior Go-To-Market experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree at minimum, Master’s degree preferred
