The Client Success team also drives product adoption, client satisfaction, client relationships, renewals, and growth across our existing client base.

Summary:

  • Cherre is looking to add a VP, Global Client Accounts to our team, reporting into Cherre’s Head of Client Experience. This role will be responsible for effectively engaging with large enterprise clients to build positive trusted relationships that drive success and satisfaction. You will serve as the liaison between the client teams and Cherre’s internal product, engineering, pre/sales, onboarding, and support teams.  
  • You will operate at all levels of client engagement, managing day-to-day delivery while also crafting and executing strategic roadmaps. Your focus will be on fostering scalable growth and enhancing Cherre’s business through innovative client solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Client Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with large enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions, with a focus on understanding their data management strategy and real estate data needs.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate closely with clients to develop strategic roadmaps that align their long-term business objectives with Cherre’s data platform capabilities, particularly focusing on the scalability of data management and integration solutions.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for expanding Cherre’s data offerings within their organization, focusing on scalable and future-proof data solutions.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for the client’s technical needs within Cherre, ensuring that their needs and challenges are prioritized in Cherre product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between client teams and Cherre’s internal departments (Product, Engineering, Data Science), ensuring technical requirements are clearly communicated, prioritized and met.
  • High-Quality Deliverables: Ensure that all client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, overseeing final outputs to ensure they align with the client’s expectations and Cherre’s commitment to excellence.
  • Tactical Execution of Data Solutions: Oversee the daily management of data-driven projects, ensuring appropriateness of technical requirements followed by timely and accurate delivery of technical solutions.
  • Issue Resolution and Technical Support: Serve as a primary escalation point for any technical issues, coordinating with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related problems efficiently.
  • Client Reporting: Deliver regular reporting to clients, providing transparency and clarity to Cherre’s client delivery.

Requirements:

  • 15+ Years of Experience: Extensive experience in real estate technology and data, covering the full capital lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level client engagement.
  • Proven Client Management Success: Demonstrated track record of effectively managing and retaining high-value clients, with measurable outcomes in client satisfaction and growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Cherre’s target client base, specifically Investment/Asset Managers and PropTech, including their unique challenges and data needs.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading teams within a large organization, adept at navigating complex business units and stakeholder dynamics to drive alignment and results.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data management platforms and technical workflows, enabling effective communication with both clients and internal technical teams.

Nice to have:

  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools, enhancing collaboration and project oversight.
  • Agile Development Practices: Understanding of agile development methodologies, which can help in working effectively with product and engineering teams.
