What you’ll be responsible for:
Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will play a critical role in expanding the presence and usage of Circle-issued stablecoins (USDC and EURC) in both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance (TradFi) ecosystems.
Leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, you will establish, execute, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as market makers, OTC desks, trading and investing institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, clearinghouses, and other relevant entities.
You will work closely with other Circle Business and Product leaders to meet growth targets for Circle-issued stablecoins, ensuring they are easily accessible and cost-effective across major regions worldwide through global and local OTC, trading, and wholesale distribution partners.
What you'll work on:
Developing and forecasting a metrics-driven pipeline: you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a growing pipeline of regional and global partners across TradFi and Crypto Capital Markets ecosystems.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $292,500 - $335,000
Annual Bonus Target: 40%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
