About the Team:

AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. At our core, we’re here to support AlphaSense’s growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that’s widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.

About the Role: 

AlphaSense is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to run our events and experience marketing program. The VP Experience Marketing will lead a team in building out in-person customer and prospect experiences while working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to reach GTM and revenue targets.  This individual will be a vital part of the Marketing Leadership Team and key in building our go to market strategy.  

Who You Are:

  • Significant experience (10+ years) leading an Experience Marketing team with a proven track record of developing and executing on an event strategy including a gold standard User Conference.
  • Committed to excellence with the ability to craft the broader strategy but ensure that the operational details are buttoned up.
  • Collaborative team member that can work with sales teams and product teams to craft a cohesive plan.
  • Accountable to results.This individual will have examples of programs they have led and events they have owned that had hard targets and strong achievement on those targets.
  • Comfortable working closely with the executive team.  This individual will have significant experience working with the members of the C suite.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Set the global strategy for all AlphaSense in-person customer and prospect experiences.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders to deliver pipeline, create a customer community, increase renewals and impact revenue through customer and prospect interactions and experiences.
  • Lead a team of event and experience marketers.
  • Create and launch the very first AlphaSense User conference.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to build and refine our go to market motion.

Base Compensation Range*:  $260,000 - $290,000

Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
