About the role: 

As a VP of Enterprise Professional Services, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for driving the growth and success of our largest enterprise clients. You will build and lead high-performing teams (engineering, presales, and deployment) to manage and nurture relationships with our most important customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and attention. This role is pivotal to the continued success of the company, and we are seeking someone who can immediately contribute and inspire the team with innovative ideas.  A day in the life of our VP Enterprise Professional Services:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within our largest enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite, VP, and director-level personas in the enterprise space, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements and drive value for both parties
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to achieve business objectives
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Professional Services organization, identifying opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth
  • Serve as a thought leader within the company and the industry
  • Act as a primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers and own the interface (onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue)

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, account management in design software or related Enterprise technology
  • Demonstrated track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Experience building long-term and successful customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Visionary mindset to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within our largest enterprise accounts
  • Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology
  • Ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or features
  • Track record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successful
  • Ability to negotiate successfully
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Availability and willingness to travel as needed

The salary range for this role is $230,000 - $350,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
