Your Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing ROI in a usage-based business model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, including expertise in ABM (Account-Based Marketing), advanced reporting and analytics, team management, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns in usage-based organization.

What You'll Do

Strategy Development: 

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives, with a deep understanding of the usage-based business model.
  2. Utilize ABM techniques to target key accounts and optimize marketing efforts towards high-value prospects within the usage-based business framework.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies tailored to a usage-based model.

Campaign Management:

  1. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and more, in alignment with the usage-based business model.
  2. Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs within a usage-based context.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Establish robust analytics frameworks to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives within a usage-based business model.
  2. Provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement specific to the usage-based industry.
  3. Develop actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement, considering the unique dynamics of usage-based business models.

ABM Expertise:

  1. Lead the development and execution of ABM strategies to effectively engage target accounts and drive revenue growth within a usage-based framework.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to personalize marketing messages and experiences for key accounts, increasing engagement and conversion rates in a usage-based context.

Team Leadership:

  1. Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities tailored to the nuances of a usage-based business model.
  2. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, promoting innovation and accountability while understanding the unique challenges of a usage-based industry.

Budget Management:

  1. Manage the performance marketing budget effectively within the context of a usage-based business model, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  2. Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities in emerging channels and technologies to drive growth and innovation specific to usage-based industries.

Stakeholder Communication:

  1. Serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and other departments, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, tailored to the dynamics of a usage-based business.
  2. Collaborate with sales, product, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives while considering the unique requirements of a usage-based model.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Expertise in ABM strategies and tactics, with a deep understanding of account targeting, personalization, and engagement.
  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, advertising platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
