Your missions :
- Identify, assess, and prioritise Cyber Security risks and provide recommendations for enhancing the organization's security posture.
- Develop and execute the organization's operational Cyber Security strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Identify Cyber Security improvements across various business operations including IT, Production, and Infrastructure.
- Build and lead a robust Cyber Security/SOC team, dedicated to safeguarding the integrity and security of business assets and systems:
- Lead and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Proactively monitor and analyse Cyber Security threats and incidents.
- Conduct Cyber Security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks and develop effective mitigation/remediation strategies.
- Oversee penetration testing activities for internal solutions and systems, ensuring effective remediation efforts.
- Evaluate and manage Cyber Security vendor relationships to ensure the selection and implementation of effective security solutions and technologies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to integrate Cyber Security practices throughout the business.
- Develop and monitor relevant Cyber Security KPIs, to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organisations Cyber Security controls and risks.
- Work with R&D teams to ensure:
- Security requirements and best practices are integrated throughout the SDLC of our products.
- Internal development and production practices align to relevant Security standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- The overseeing design and implementation of a robust Cyber Security architecture through R&D architecture committees.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's or MBA) preferred.
- French + English fluent required.
- Proven experience in a senior Cyber Security leadership role.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing Cyber Security strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are often preferred.
- Hands-on involvement in ISO Certification or SOC1&SOC2 compliance is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud security, mobile security, and associated technologies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Ability to analyse and investigate complex Cyber Security issues and make informed decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Cyber Security trends, threats, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with R&D teams to integrate security controls and best practices.
- Experience with cloud security principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of various security solutions, including, IDS/IPS,DLP SIEM, CASB and emerging technologies such as A.I
- Hands on experience of implementing or managing a Security Operations Centre
