Snapfish’s visual identity and creative customer experience across all channels. As a professional team coach, you will lead an in-house creative team for both brands to develop marketing assets across various channels, including web, app, email, paid social, print, production, and TV campaigns. You will also work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure the creative vision aligns with business objectives and reflects the company's mission to help people preserve and share memories in meaningful ways. Both in-house creative and eCommerce experience are musts for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Vision:
- Define and drive the creative vision and strategy, ensuring consistency and innovation across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of creatives, providing mentorship, feedback, and career development to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of design, messaging, and brand integrity.

Brand Strategy & Innovation:
- Champion the evolution of Shutterfly and Snapfish, making them more compelling, relevant, and differentiated in a competitive market.
- Partner with the executive team to translate business goals into creative strategies that align with brand objectives and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure creative direction is forward-thinking and innovative.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Technology teams to integrate creative solutions into marketing campaigns, product launches, and user experience design.
- Act as the lead creative partner in the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Creative Excellence & Execution:
- Oversee the creative process, ensuring high-quality execution of design assets, photography, video production, and copywriting.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer insights, behavior, and preferences to ensure all creative work resonates with Shutterfly’s diverse audience.

Ensure all creative content is optimized for performance across multiple channels, focusing on driving measurable business results. Essential experience in eCommerce to align creative strategies with business goals.

Team Development & Culture:
- Build and nurture a diverse and inclusive creative team, ensuring a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Foster a creative environment that encourages risk-taking, continuous learning, and experimentation.
- Lead by example, instilling a passion for creativity, excellence, and a customer-first mentality throughout the team.

Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the creative department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior creative role as a Creative Director or VP of Creative.
- Must have in-house creative and eCommerce experience, ideally with a multi-category brand.
- Strong experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions that drive measurable results.
- Extensive experience working across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print materials, photography, and production.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- A deep passion for creativity, innovation, and staying on top of industry trends and technologies.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed and may not be applicable to other locations.
California: [$273,500,-329,000]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$250,250-301,000]
Colorado and Washington: [$231,750-278,750]
Nevada: [$250,250-301,000]
