Strategic Imperative:

This role is pivotal in driving the future development of our intellectual property (IP) pipeline and ensuring our company remains at the forefront of industry advancements. The Incubation Solutions Vice President will shape the company's long-term strategy by developing scalable, market-aligned innovations that drive sales growth and open new revenue streams. As a key leader, this role will guide a cross-functional team across industry cloud and R&D, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. This leader will also focus on talent development and fostering a high-performance, innovative culture.
Responsibilities/Objectives:

Design and Implement an Environment that Fosters Ideation and Creation of Innovative Solutions: Establish a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages creative thinking and the generation of groundbreaking ideas.

Design a Structured Approach to Incubation with Appropriate Investment: Develop a well-defined incubation process that supports ideation, development, testing, and scaling, backed by the necessary financial and resource investments.

Development of Targeted Growth Plans for Promising Ideas: Identify high-potential ideas and create growth plans tailored to their development and successful market introduction.

Strategic Placement of Successful Solutions within the Business: Ensure that innovations with proven success are integrated into the core business operations to drive overall growth.

Strategy to Test and Refine New Models and Solutions: Implement structured approaches to test new models and solutions, iterating based on feedback and performance to refine and improve.

Foster a Culture of Innovation: Champion a company-wide culture that values innovation, encouraging contributions from all levels of the organization.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Partner with business units, sales, and other relevant stakeholders to align and support innovation initiatives effectively.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading innovation, solution design, and strategic initiatives within a large technology organization, including significant leadership experience at the executive level.
- Demonstrated success in taking ideas from concept to market, including the ability to scale successful solutions.
- Extensive experience working across various business units and functions to drive cohesive innovation strategies.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources to support innovation projects effectively.
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Strong background in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Innovation Frameworks and Methodologies: Deep understanding of various innovation frameworks and methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies specific to innovation and new product development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends that can impact the company's strategic direction.

Base Salary Pay Range*: $190K - $320K
