The opportunity.
Quantexa is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented VP Alliances, APAC to lead and drive CoSell revenue growth from our strategic CoSell partner ecosystem across Banking, Insurance and Government. Reporting into the RVP, Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing the CoSell strategies that scale Quantexa’s go to market strategy in APAC while delivering value to our customers and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who can grow and execute with the APAC and Global ecosystem, build and own the plan, foster strong relationships with partners, drive collaboration, and champion innovation. This role will suit a player-coach who can execute on the front line, whilst leading and growing a small but high-performance alliances team across the region.
What you’ll be doing.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC partner program strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives mutual success for our organization and technology partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic Global System Integrators (GSI’s), Regional System Integrators (RSI’s), Strategy Consultancies, Technology Partners and Data Partners, understanding their business objectives, and identifying areas of mutual opportunity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead the identification and onboarding of new technology partners, evaluating their fit within our ecosystem and negotiating mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Create and manage program frameworks, incentives, and benefits that motivate partners to engage actively and drive growth.
- Drive joint marketing and sales activities, including co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and collateral development, to increase partner visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap and product enhancements based on partner and customer feedback.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, demonstrating the impact of the partner program on the organization's growth.
- Manage a team of partner program professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
Requirements
What You'll bring
- Extensive multi-territory experience in the Asia Pacific Region, with deep knowledge of at least two countries out of Japan, Singapore, Malaysia & Australia.
- Extensive experience in technology partner programs, partner ecosystem strategy, and planning or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner program strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with technology partners, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align partner programs with overall business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Leadership experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud Infrastructure and services technology trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Ability to travel up to 40%
