Hello, I'm Arūnė Kolodzeiskė, Head of Product Design at Hostinger, and we’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our Website team! This role is key to helping us elevate the visual quality of our website experience and create a cohesive, high-standard visual across our products.

Our website is often our clients’ first impression of Hostinger, and as our Visual Designer, you'll play a critical role in making it a memorable, beautiful experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about visual design for web and ready to set and own the visual guidelines for our website.

What you will do:

  • Define, own, and evolve the visual guidelines and aesthetics for Hostinger’s website, ensuring consistency and the highest standards in every detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the Website Team and Creative Team to craft visually engaging, user-centric designs that make complex information easy to understand.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and web best practices, contributing directly to user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay on top of the latest design trends and continuously seek ways to push the visual appeal of our site.
  • Conduct design audits to maintain brand consistency and bring a high level of polish to all website visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Design Guild and other designers across teams to contribute to a cohesive design system

What We Expect:

  • You have minimum 3+ years as a visual designer.
  • You have excellent communication skills to clearly present your design ideas and solutions.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of design tools.
  • You have a great knowledge of website, CRO.
  • You are driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge.
  • You have an impressive online portfolio that you’re desperate to show off.

  • Candidates must submit a portfolio (real design cases, thoughts behind the ideas and solutions, process, etc.) to be considered.
