RUN Studios, and it’s client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an enthusiastic Visual Designer to help create graphics and illustrations for animation and training content.
This is a short-term project opportunity.
As a Visual Designer, You Will
- Creating illustrations for use in a variety of products – videos, posters, newsletters, icons, logos, web and mobile elements.
- Turning concepts into graphic elements, distilling technical documents into simple visual elements to aid in producing multimedia and brand development.
- Discussing client needs and identifying a target audience for the work.
- Seeking client approval for ideas with rough visuals – using drawing, sketching, storyboarding, painting and photographic skills to produce illustrations and visuals.
- Skills or knowledge in web development a major plus!
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment
- BA/BS in Design or equivalent
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills
- Proficient in Illustrator and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong knowledge of Flash, ActionScript a plus
- Retail web experience a plus
- Illustration skills a plus

Compensation
Pay Range: $40 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
