About the team and what we’ll build together

You’ll be part of a dynamic B2B marketing team that is responsible for promoting Kobie’s brand, products, and ultimately helping to grow sales. With a keen understanding of our market differentiators, market needs, the competitive landscape, we drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads, ensuring impactful results for the business. Our collaborative spirit, creative prowess, and focus on results make us a key asset in elevating Kobie’s presence and cutting through the noise in a competitive loyalty market. 

How you will make an impact   

Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will:   

  • Evolve Kobie’s visual identity to ensure who we are and what we sell resonates with key audiences. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, feedback and distil complex concepts into a high impact visual that help effectively communicate ideas and messages. 
  • Translate high-level strategic direction into high-quality design within the established brand identity. 
  • Produce high-quality and high-impact presentations, marketing materials, and graphics for various mediums, including print and digital.  
  • Ensure that all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines by deploying tools, templates and materials to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials. 

 

What you need to be successful

  • Need experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Wordpress, & Figma
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills 
  • Thrive on problem solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design 
  • Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote etc. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Storyteller and Influencer: You can communicate clearly and gain advocacy for your ideas, what’s possible and other complex concepts regardless of your audience.  
  • Intellectually Curious: You ask why, you explore, you're not afraid to blurt out your crazy idea or follow an email chain for weeks to find someone with an answer. Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges. 
  • Drive for Results: You’re biased toward action; you try things and sometimes you fail. You can get around roadblocks and stay focused on achieving your goals. You’re well organized, able to multitask and able to prioritize your work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment.  
  • Savvy: You can figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and can lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative to a diverse set of stakeholders. 
  • Passionate & Customer Focus: You see things through the lens of the end user and customer and want to create amazing UX and CX. You are adept at aligning stakeholder needs.  
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You have the ability to put the team before yourself and establish long-lasting relationships.
