Position Overview
Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a talented, energetic, and passionate Visual Designer to lead the creation of impactful external communication designs, marketing collateral, and multimedia content. As part of our design team, you will be instrumental in shaping and communicating Ceribell’s brand identity across various channels.
We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable with changing priorities, and excels under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of external communication designs, including marketing collateral, branding materials, PowerPoint decks, and print design. A strong emphasis is placed on expertise in illustration, data visualization, and animation to create visually engaging and dynamic content that enhances Ceribell’s messaging and brand presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Create intelligent, bold, and innovative work that simplifies complex ideas into engaging print and digital collaterals for sophisticated audiences.
- Create and refine impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Design engaging and informative illustrations for use in marketing materials, presentations, and digital content, ensuring they align with Ceribell’s brand identity and messaging.
- Lead the development of animations and motion graphics for product and brand videos, as well as for use in digital marketing campaigns, enhancing the storytelling process and capturing audience attention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive visual campaigns that align with Ceribell’s brand strategy and resonate with target audiences.
- Leverage brand guidelines to develop innovative and inspiring visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Five (5+) years of experience in visual/graphic design
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a high degree of craft in illustration, data visualization, animation.
- Expertise in typography, hierarchy, layout and color.
- Mastery of the creative process, guiding the team through all stages of design
- Excellent storytelling skills
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite — in particular Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- A Figma guru who couldn’t imagine life without it.
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across multiple platforms and mediums.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in the medical technology or healthcare sector is a plus but not required.
- Experienced in preparing mechanical files for both digital and traditional formats, and delivering final assets to vendors.
- Experience working in project management software like Notion
- Ability to quickly adapt to new design challenges and project requirements.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for visual communication, illustration, and animation.
- Familiarity with video production and the integration of animation into multimedia content.
