EMAPPLY is currently seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to join a SEO Digital Marketing Company in Australia. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a remote position that allows you to work from home with high earning potential.
Role: Virtual Sales Representative
Hours: 1am - 9am SAST
Salary: R18,000 - R25,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
- Understand customer needs and present solutions to meet those needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- 3+ years experience with sales or account management in the SEO or digital marketing space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Comfortable with using technology and virtual communication platforms
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a remote sales role is preferred
