Virtual Marketing Consultant – John Deere

Shift Digital is looking for a VMC to join our new John Deere team! This position is based out of our Birmingham, MI offices. This position is hybrid.
This position must receive manager approval and Sr. Ops approval.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage the John Deere team operations in all areas including:

Dealership performance opportunities

Workload and responsibilities
-
Training opportunities
-
Monthly case studies
-
KPIs
-
QBRs
-
Work directly with Account Management to ensure steady flow of communication to the John Deere support team

Build and maintain relationships with a dedicated group of John Deere dealerships and John Deere Field Team

Consult with targeted Deere dealers regarding enrollment opportunities into the John Deere Certified Digital Program

Log dealer and client conversations, contact attempts, actions and meeting notes in Salesforce and Deere CRM
- Provide support and audit Digital Health Checks (DHC)

Create DHC PDF reports by using InDesign

Run weekly SF audit

Provide enrollment rotation plan to dealers only if requested by the Deere Field Team

Reviewing DHC’s and CEC’s with dealers and provide detailed action items (playbook)
- Generate relationships with the John Deere Field team members
- Scheduling quarterly meetings
- Educating team on process
- Work with the field team on the existing dealers and help to identify possible new dealers
- Create internal process training materials that can be leveraged by other team members
- Training manual
- Deere call tree training
- Create program materials including powerpoint decks to showcase DHC’s, CEC’s, etc. to current and prospective dealers
- Provide consultations for dealers sales/service reps upon request
- Generate and present reports as necessary (i.e. weekly enrollments report).
- Optimize dealership websites for the consumer experience

Draw key insights from analytics to advise clients on opportunities within the Dealer Digital Program

Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion

Communicate program updates to dealers

Access dealer website CMS (content management system) to implement requests

Collaborate with third party provider support teams for advanced requests

Ad hoc requests/projects from client (ie: audits, DHC/CEC shops, etc)
