We are seeking an experienced and passionate VIP Program Manager to lead and manage the VIP program for our growing mobile casual/puzzle game. The ideal candidate will drive player retention, boost monetization, and enhance the overall experience for high-spending players through personalized rewards, exclusive offers, and exceptional support. As the VIP Program Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the VIP program, while working closely with product, marketing, customer support, and analytics teams.
