About the Role

A real estate agency is seeking a mid-level videographer to produce engaging property tour and agent profile videos for social media platforms. This ongoing project requires both on-site and remote work, offering a flexible schedule and competitive compensation in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality property tour videos showcasing residential and commercial listings
• Produce professional agent profile videos for social media marketing
• Capture footage on-site at various properties in the Glenview area
• Edit and post-produce videos to meet social media platform specifications
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand and highlight key property features

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or related fields
• Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and post-production techniques
• Familiarity with current social media video trends and best practices
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography skills and creative vision
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
